Realizing this as the need of the hour to contribute to the education field, Kalpana decided to take up career counseling out of sheer passion.
Kalpana has a rich experience of three decades in the Banking industry. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Science & Education, she has worked as a teacher before entering the banking sector. The area of career counseling has been taken up solely with the intention of guiding the students through the tough periods of career uncertainties and the probable mistakes in career choice. The adage ‘A stitch in time saves nine is especially true in the case of career counseling. In fact, a lifetime of unhappiness can be averted through timely guidance.
